I will have chores to catch up on at my wee cottage in the Mountains. Winter wood has to be stacked...it was cut and split during last winter. and then there are the gardens to tend less they get a bit too wild.

I slip quietly imto,the deserted Inn, unable to sleep I had decided to get an early start on my beloved chores...as I worked I pondered my small efforts, they were a labour of love, given freely from my heart when I had the time.

Soon the fire was crackling merrily in the grate and the smell of freshly brewed coffee permeated the silent Inn...an evocative call to those in need.

Lastly, I set out some fresh cookies and laid a single white rose on CG's old battered arm chair attached to which was a small handwritten note....

"Welcome back Sir , this girl missed you very much."

Smiling softly I made myself a hot chocolate and carried it to my own comfy spot in the shadows where I hoped to get some much needed rest before dawn.

As Mari heads off to bed I head for the bar and a coffee laced with a generous splash of B&B. Then for the first time sense I have gotten back I head for my old leather chair by the hearth. There a single white rose .

I collapse into the chair and stretch out done in for the moment.

Soon I am sitting feet curled under me before the crackling fire sipping from a mug of strong black coffee.

Essie has taken a leave of absence for personal reasons and already I am missing her presence in the China Pearl....she will be welcomed with open arms should shen decide return to us.

The Master had returned to his domain, and for now all was well with the world...

I am awoken by the patter of wind driven rain on the Inn's roof and the wind whistling under the eves. on this grey stormy morning. The aroma of fresh brewed coffee calls to me as I make my way down from my loft

Yes, today will be busy I have started a new child at my preschool, she will require additional attention. i hope we are not held indoors by the rain.

Very Busy but very fulfilling as well Yeishia.

Saying nothing I smile softly and slip away leaving him to his thoughts.

*slips into the Inn to make a pot of tea and takes the tea tray into a quiet corner to enjoy ... settles down quietly and sips ... *

I awake to a hectic day as I make my way down from my loft. I have just enough time for a mug of coffee and to check and see if there are any post to my long dormant stories before attending the the annoying but quite persistent demands of the R W.
