I awake to a hot hazy, humid morning the eves dripping form the latest of the passing showers.Yet despite the heat and humidity the dark seductive aroma of freshly brewed coffee calls to me. Some how even on a morning like this I find that mug of coffee both stimulating and refreshing.

With my morning coffee and pen and paper in hand I settle in my old leather chair by the hearth to answer a rather sensual little post.

Morning to any who may be about and to those that hide in the shadows.

After placing it on the bar I walk around to the other side and open the mini frig behind the bar and grab a root beer before making me way back around and over to the couch in front of the fire place and sit down.*

I just came in from doing some weeding and it was brutal. That and there are deep rumbles of thunder and the skies are darkening.


Amc I always found sitting by the hearth even when there is no fire like today there is something solidly calming about it.

Eases into the Inn wondering how it is that Mari is all caught up on her threads and I'm 6 behind? The world is truly upside down. Smiling as I head to the bar and see Angel flopped on her couch with pad in hand.

Pouring a tall ice water, "Can I get you anything while I'm here?"
