Sounds interesting. You talked a bit about your lectures before, they sound like they're fun and educational. I wish I was closer and could get to one.

Me?... The lovely ladies of Lit have been keeping me busy in the evenings, and the RW has been well and truly kicking my butt as surly as Angel's snap kicks do here in the Inn.

Well it worked out well enough I guess... Was afraid I was going to have to take my son to the ER for stitches. After cleaning off all the blood (why do head injuries have to be so damn bloody), we determined it wasnt as bad as we had feared (thankfully a friend who's an EMT had stopped by or Mama Bear would have been breaking speed limits to get to the ER). Evil Knivel Jr has been tucked in bed and I've got a drink in hand to help me calm my nerves.

I can handle my own pain, but I hear my kids screaming bloody murder and it tears me up.

Ouch... yep... when it comes to kids, there's never a 'little' injury. Even minor ones twang your gut. I'm glad it all worked out for you and the wee Knievel.

Yup, I even waived the lecture (for now) for riding without his helmet on....until tomorrow anyway.

I blame it on the world as we know it ending soon...
