A blue sky streaked with grey white clouds greet me as I make my way down from my loft. The dark sensual aroma of fresh brewed coffee brings a smile to my face.

Well the first day of the rest of my life.

I knew before hand and then had a very taxing Monday that had me exhausted and taking an early night shortly after coming home from work, so I had no time to post beforehand...

A bit blurry eyed this morning from mother nature's bombardment last night. I come in from checking the Inn and the grounds for storm damage and am relived that we made it through all in one piece. It is almost unbelievable given the howling wind driven rain and the rolling crashes of thunder.

The storm passed, a bright blue sky without a cloud in sight, and hearth and home all in one piece it is time for a most welcomed mug of fresh brewed coffee.

*stumbles waterlogged into the Inn looking for a place where she could sit down and not get everything soaking wet and opts to just stand in front of the fireplace hoping it will dry her clothes out faster*
