A long time ago I started working on my philosophy. It took me about twenty years to learn it myself and has taken the better part of ten to figure out how to live it as well as I do. I guess my learning curve is vertical on some things. But the stress reduction is worth the efforts. Be here now. One can plan for the future and learn from the past, but it is essential to live in the present.
