In my experience punters don't go to a parlour for anything resembling a proper massage. I'm not trained in massage but can give a pretty damn good one through years of practice. Often parlours will have the traditional skeleton and muscular poster at the entrance to give a degree of legitimacy but you won't find any massage diplomas in the room

My experience is not dis-similar to the OP's. I too live in Australia in but the state of NSW rather than Victoria. My experience is

The provider wants all the money in your wallet.

You want to pay the fair rate.

It varies with location. For the tip, I'm usually out 60-100. Some guys say they just tip 40 and get good service. I'd have no problem adding more on top of whatever we agreed on if she did a great job. Remember there's a regular massage with you getting off somehow, and then there is a Erotic Massage. There's two parts to your question .... kind of. If a masseuse is willing to take off part or all of her clothes, she will generally offer this upfront. For me, I would offer topless for an easy $25 extra on top of my $50 tip (having big boobs does help sales!). Our venue did allow for nude and/or body to body, but this was a place I wouldn't go as I found it too vulnerable and threatening. But, the girls that did offer the service, again, offered it upfront. If you are offered this service, be very cautious as to how you treat it. Touching is normally okay within reason but body to body puts a vagina very close to an erect penis, and the temptation to just 'slip it in' is rape. Two of our clients in my time were severely beaten over this (one of them ended up in a wheelchair). They should have been charged, but in those days these things were handled in-house.
