fair enough, I'm just half way through running a bath myself.

We've got LOADS of snow!!

We decided to cancel beavers tonight because of the snow, and I'm rather glad we did, cos the snow here has got quite bad.

I love the snow.

I'm very much a winter child. I find it refreshing, beautiful... peaceful more than anything else.

It's nice til you venture out in it lol.

I went to the shop for a paper earlier and I was fine until I got down wind and was getting snow blown in my face.

See, I don't mind that too much either... as long as I'm wrapped up that is :)

But there is something peaceful about being out in snow. It muffles everything. No road noise, no traffic... just peace. especially up on the moors.

tomorrow will be even more so if no-one manages to make it in for the course I'm teeching :)

At least it makes my garden look as good as anyone elses! It's nigh on 100 ft long and gets out of hand !

More snow here... Finished work at 11pm and was waiting for a taxi. Problem was they had no drivers! Was a nightmare driving home but I made it in one piece. Gonna be fun trying to get into work tomoro.

I saw on TV that the bus drivers had turned in for work but they were playing snowballs round the busses!!

i wish, but no (i think they might mely soon, we've just had a tonne of rain and now its sunny! :( oh well)

no Master wants me to have a collar (well i sort of asked to be collared) anyway, so we came up with the idea of a ring, and i need a plain silver coloured band with nothing on it, there's plenty in gold but one in silver but its £70, i only have about 10/15 :(

H Samuels is the place whose ring was about £70 i think.....

Pawnshops are often good for this sort of thing and also, charity shops often have jewellery with hallmarks that the myopic biddies who run them haven't spotted. Trick to any bargain hunt is rummage frequently and don't be afraid to get your hands dirty. Antique places are also a good place to look for something a bit different. Keep checking back on pawnshops and places like that, they'll have a lot of throughput on the run up to valentine's day.

Best of British. :rose:
