If I emigrated somewhere, I'd pay that for some plain choc digestives or Hobnobs, as a treat. I'd pay that for a big jar of Marmite or a few tins of Heinz baked beans.

A nervous return

Hi everyone, I don't know if there is anyone around here who might remember me - I posted here for a while back in 2007 with my then sub/girlfriend, who posted as nymphee. I am sad to say that while she and I were engaged for about 2 years, she left me on wednesday this week. So I'm back, mostly in order to distract myself. To those who remember me, Hello again. To those who don't, or have never met me, Hi there, nice to meet you.

I need sleep. Had to cancel some days I had booked off this week which I really could have done with. A friend of mine who my fiancee and her GF spent a lot of time with last week has Swine Flu and now I'm not feeling too hot myself.

Hopefully its nothing. I guess I had better get some oinkment before I come out in rashers. I hear its a pig of a disease.

Batten down the hatches and give in to the man-flu. Those who recover best from swine flu are those who take care of themselves properly rather than stress and continue to exert themselves when they shouldn't. Get lots of vit C and don't bother with Beechams. All it does is mask the symptoms while denting your immune system.

To avoid spreading it further, you should call your GP rather than attend the local surgery. They can give you effective medication.
 
No swine flu... but I have managed to eat something which baddly disagreed with my delicate nature (yeah right).

Ah well, a day off work for a different reason, plenty of fluids and no food for 24 hours I think.
 
Yup. All better now though. must have been something transmittable because I gave it to my Fiancee. Ho hum.

I've had a dodgy gut all weekend as well, so you got my sympathies. It's come to he stage were Andrex feels lie sand paper:eek:. Ohh for a warm bidet lol!
