For me it has to be brewed strong, a splash of milk and one sugar.
I was once treated to afternoon tea at the ritz and the brew a right decent cuppa. The teeny tiny sarnies were ok and if you wanted more they would bring some.
Mmmm think I will pop the kettle on.

Not sure they'd let me into the Ritz most of the time I'm in london. Far too scruffy :)

I think the dress code for men is no jeans or shorts and smart casual as a minimum.
It is bloody expensive, but a really civilised luxury. I looked at ordering a pimms but at £25 a glass (and that was 12 years ago) It was a luxury I could live without.

Oh to be rich lol!

Most of the time I'm in dusty black combats, work boots and maybe a shirt and tie. :)

and yeah, bloody hell. that's not cheap.

Sometimes its fun to dress up and enjoy yourself :)
I live in jeans and trainers for work I spend half the time sat on the floor and the other half ducking from thrown objects.

Ah. No thrown object here thankfully for me. Just idiots who should know better.

I worked on that. and yes it was full of them :)

When I was at college, I worked in the old Wembley doing turn styles and stewarding. It was such a great job for a student, being paid to see gigs and football matches. The new one has better loos though :)

you say that.... but while it was building they were all emptying out into the basement :)

They built the stadium and it was so heavy it collapsed the drains.

Oh crap (quite literally) how do you get around a stadium that's too heavy for the drains?
I bet that caused one hell of a mess!

It was.... unpleasant. And and answer was deeper, heavier gauge drains. I've not been on one major construction job in years that I would consider to be well planned, well managed and well executed.

And they wonder why projects come in taking and costing twice what was expected.

Good morning Ladies and Gentlemen

Hope everyone is well this morning?
