And today it is my tyres that are causing the problems. two of them are out of shape and so need replacing. Cue another £150 on the dratted thing!

Still, better that than a crash and I do need the car.

Thx xxx I wasn't crying in the playground like many of the mums (big brave subbie here) but I did get a lump in my throat seeing my lil girl go through the gates, looking back and waving to me...

That is expensive!! Don't go to qwikfit, they will rip you off!

Very good day in other ways, my job is being retained (well at least until the money runs out) so I am very relieved and feel that a big weight has been lifted. I can breath again!
Had some good conversations today too and am feeling very happy :)

And to round my day off my wife collapsed at work because she's been pushing herself too hard again. Le Sigh

Another tedious day for me, dealing with inefficiency and ineptitude, yet again. I've gone past the point of getting annoyed with it now - it just bores me.

I could do with some fun, I think, to lighten the mood. Either that or a stiff drink...or both.

I know the feeling. I don't drink... there for I need some fun!
 
It certainly looks more hopeful on the job front, sadly there are no guarantees, but a weight has been lifted!

Another day of battling with idiots ahead but daughter has got a singing recital this afternoon, so the day will improve.

Tyres got done yesterday in the end. Wife is a bit better this morning but not letting her do anything other than rest.
