The sun is out and I ventured to walk Lil girl to school today :)
Busy morning catching up with last year's parents. Everything seems to be going smoothly (touch wood)
Spent the evening vegging and watching Star Trek :)
Need to do some housework, but there was a giant spider in my room and I am shit scared of them! I need a housekeeper!!

Hope everyone is doing well today, colds clearing up and professors not committing arson!

How can you be scared of a teeny little spider!!! I couldn't pick one up but my Mum always said they keep the house clean. I've got one that lives behind the wing mirror of my car - when I drive fast, it comes out and hangs on to the little web - extreme sports for spiders :D

Still got a bit of a cold, so I've been into work but brought a load of paperwork home to do it here so I don't sneeze over everyone. Hope everyone has a good day.
 
It wasn't tiny, it was HUGE!!! I don't even want to go in my bedroom now!!
My cats are pathetic, they won't hunt it down for me :(
It's my phobia :( I can do snakes and mice, but not spiders.
 
Morning all from Southampton. Made it safe... If tired. From here to the outer edges of London then a glorious night on the services of the M4 at reading. I stay in all the best places :)

I thought about you when I woke early and listened to the torrential rain outside :( Glad you had a good journey but I really don't envy your evening tonight!!

Very cold, dark and wet here this morning. I'm out to Liverpool and Bolton today but I'm seeing some pleasant clients, one of whom I've not seen for about a year, so I'm looking forward to it, despite the drive :)

Yeah, been a not wet on the drive down. But mostly grey and dry here now. Site 1 almost done.

Very overcast here this morning but at least it's not raining. Woke up early coughing so I'm a bit tired now - hopefully this coffee will give me a bit of a kick start.

Hope the M4 accommodation was comfortable, Mal :) Safe journey back home today.

Late into the office this morning following routine doc appointment and have been met with usual barrage of questions. Need a strong cup of coffee now :D

Hope the Doc's went ok Lally and hope you're still smiling this morning Daisy. I'm at the prof's fighting the usual barage of questions and trying to keep him focused on one task long enough to actually get through with it.

Poor chap has just shown me, for the 7th time, a new copy of the start of his autobiography. he keeps forgetting he's started it and so rewrites almost the same 5 ages of rambling text.

Sorry it's hard going with the prof - most people wouldn't have the patience to deal with that kind of situation.
 
TFI Friday!
had a good day at work, did some very rewarding work with a couple of very severely disabled young people. Sometimes my job is the absolute best!

Looking forwards to tomorrow, time with M, followed by a girly night with my best friend. It doesn't get much better :)

The only minor blip is that my meds are being changed and I am withdrawing from one lot to go on the next... I hope the new ones don't have masses of side effects!

Lally, hope the doc was gentle!!! Also hope your son doesn't wreck your kitchen! Xx

Bit of report writing today, the new meds are making me feel very nauseous and retchy :( don't need that, thank you very much!

Grey but mild day here. Be nice if the sun shows :)
Feel quite tired even tho its the first time in ages that I have slept through.
