My doctor informed me that the cause of the pain and stiffness in my elbow is "knitter's elbow." Same malady, different name. If my doctor had called it "golfer's elbow" I would have laughed out loud.

Sadly, I've only played three rounds of golf in the last three months. You might find an answer to your question here, though.
