i wish i knew what i want. mostly i'm hurt and not trusting of him, but it's kind of like i'm addicted...he just swept back into my life and i didn't have the strength to just push him away again. *hangs head in shame*

If there's one thing it pays everyone (including submissives) to learn, it's how to say "no". See my blurty on how hard it is for me... but sometimes it has to be said.

Saying nothing is even better. Engaging, no matter whether positively or negatively, gives them reason to keep contact and if this is a case of abuse, which it seems to strongly resemble in many ways, theyare not interested in the answer, only that you do answer, and keep answering even to just say 'no'.
