I daresay they could even twist that to look like you were forcing her in some way etc., if she later said she didn't want it. Like FF, I am not convinced this was the fair outcome, but I also was not surprised.

In some ways I wish I had sat on the jury so I could see the evidence they saw. Then again, I wish the OJ jury had seen a lot of the things they DIDN'T get to see.
