I'm hoping he's alright...it's been a while since I've seen him around. If he were lurking, I'd hope he'd respond.

What's new? Hubby & I bought a house today (Well, we're not closing on it til the end of July...but we agreed on a final price today and signed the paperwork).

TC: I think we'll be capable of doing all the work this 175 yr old home needs to make it liveable, but I'm worried that I only think it because I've been addicted to hgtv and makeover shows for far too long.
