Maybe it was just a mind/body thing. You said she was attractive and the mere first touch is what set you off, right? I am a massage therapist and more times than not when I work on a male client, they get an erection. As I learned in school, it's not a sexual thing at all. While doing a massage, the parasympatheic nervous system is stimulated, causing the erection. I've just learned to be careful when it happens. I almost lost an eye once... haha! As for telling her coworker, yes, she absolutely did. Despite HIPPA laws, we do talk about our patients/clients. It's just our own way of making it through a long and difficult day that's been shitty and a good laugh is exactly what we needed.
