Trump Prosecutors Head For The Hills

Something seems wrong with the laws of the US in 2024.

According to cultists Bank robbers are unarmed unless they discharge their guns and the bank clerk is killed. And even then, every robber has to do the same otherwise it's of piffling no account.

Ryan Routh was only one man who sat in a hedge with a few guns for a few hours, he never shot Trump nor any other rapist. Therefore he's been kidnapped by the Vindictive State and malicious prosecutors who should be jailed. Right?

It's curious how the chronically uneducated cultists try to play down the part of Trump and his followers in the insurrection. It wasn't one and it wasn't six. Here are some names of twelve deluded fools, not including Stewart Rhodes, Ray Epps, Enrique Tarrio and Joe Biggs.

Stewart Rhodes, you'll recall is the fool who shot out his own eye while demonstrating 'firearm safety' and later advised Trump to declare an insurrection in order to invoke martial law.

Enrique Tarrio spoke at his hearing when he was sentenced to 22 years, apologizing profusely for his actions and heaping praise on members of law enforcement who he said have been unfairly mistreated and maligned after the Jan. 6 attack --which he called a "national embarrassment."

1. Mark Andrew Mazza,57, of Shelbyville, Indiana, was sentenced to 60 months in prison for carrying two loaded guns on Capitol grounds and assaulting law enforcement officers during the breach of the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6,2021.

2. Christopher Alberts of Maryland Alberts carried with him, in a holster, a 9-millimeterpistol loaded with 12 rounds of ammunition and an additional bulletin the chamber. Alberts also wore a separate holster containing an additional 12 rounds of ammunition, which included “hollow point” bullets.

3. Jerod Thomas Bargar convicted of entering the Capitol building with a loaded weapon. Five years probation, fined $4,000and ordered to pay $2,000 restitution.

4. John Emanuel Banuelos told police that he was at the Capitol and had been captured on film with a gun. “I was in the D.C. riots,” he told the investigators, according to a police transcript. “I’m the one in the video with the gun right here.”

5. Daniel Ball of Homosassa was charged with 12 counts, including assaulting, resisting or impeding officers with a deadly or dangerous weapon; using an explosive to commit any felony; and obstruction of law enforcement during a civil disorder. Ball set off explosives inside a tunnel under the Capitol Building.

6. David Lee Judd lit an explosive device, but it did not explode. He was sentenced to more than 2½ years in federal prison for his role in the attack on the Capitol.

7. Terry Cummings showed jurors an AR-15 firearm and an orange box for ammunition that he contributed to the so-called quick reaction force the Oath Keepers had staged at the hotel outside of Washington in case they needed weapons. “I had not seen that many weapons in one location since I was in the military,” said Cummings, a veteran who joined the Oath Keepers in Florida in 2020. The weapons had been kept outside of DC on account of the tough gun laws there (y'know, the gun laws that are not supposed to work).

8. Lonnie Leroy Coffman of Alabama was also arrested that evening after law enforcement found two firearms on his person, as well as what a federal judge referred to as a "small armory" in his truck, which was parked near the Capitol. According to the court, the government found "a loaded handgun," "a loaded rifle," "a loaded shotgun," "a crossbow with bolts," "several machetes," "a stun gun" and "11 mason jars containing a flammable liquid, with a hole punched in the top of each jar."

9. Cleveland Grover Meredith of North Carolina planned to arrive in D.C. for the Trump rallies onJan. 6, according to federal prosecutors, but he was delayed because of car trouble. He was arrested the following day for allegedly assaulting a man in Washington, D.C., in a traffic-related incident and for making death threats against the D.C. mayor and Speaker Pelosi. During a search, law enforcement said they found in his possession "a Glock 19, nine millimeter pistol, a Tavor X95 assault rifle and approximately hundreds of rounds of ammunition." Citing text messages sent by Meredith, a federal prosecutor argued in court that he "relished in the carnage of January 6th."

10. Thomas Caldwell, allegedly wrote in a text message on Jan. 3, "we could have our Quick Response Team with the heavy weapons standing by, quickly load them and ferry them across the river to our waiting arms."

11. Samuel Fisher allegedly posted photos of himself, along with a rifle and handgun, in Washington, D.C., on Jan. 6. He posted on Facebook early that daythat he was leaving things in a parking garage, "maybe except pistol," and added, "if it kicks off I got a Vest and my Rifle."

12. Nolan Cooke allegedly told FBI agents that he "brought one or more firearms" to Washington, D.C.

Video is still circulating of an unknown wanted person planting pipe bombs around the Capitol Building.

Revenge isn't the law. Adding politics to revenge doesn't change that one bit. Nor does it make it less bitter regardless of the strength of the recipe.
Responding to lawfare with more lawfare is just antithetical to our justice system. We need to fix our justice system, and the way to do that is use the justice system the way it was intended, prosecute real crime and punish those who broke the law.

And there wasn’t ANY "lawfare" involved when it comes to the prosecutions of DonOld.

DonOld committed EVERY CRIME he was accused of, indicted for, and convicted of.

The two tier justice system ACTUALLY protected DonOld from accountability for many of his crimes and for his treason.

👎

Hope that ^ helps.

So Alvin Bragg and Letitia James, who campaigned on destroying Trump, didn't use lawfare or use the justice system to destroy Trump. You're dumber than I thought!!!

🙄

Some members of the justice system campaigned on enforcing the law on EVERYONE - including the rich white males that have been protected by their good ol’ boys network FOREVER - then followed through on their campaign promises…and ineedhelp1 did / does NOT like it.

Poor ineedhelp1.

What laws, protecting what victims. Trump has done more for New York city than any one individual in New York's history. Your hatred for Trump is delusional, perhaps requires medical attention and prescribed medication.

Lol.....hyperbole much? Or are you just ignorant of the history of New York?

Let me adjust that comment... since Alvin Bragg and Letitia James have been on the planet.
Please, tell everyone what he has done for NYC since they've been alive and explain how that has helped NYC more than anyone else.

Lol....JFC .....that fucking koolaid is amazing

Was prosecuted for a misdemeanor charge that ran out the statute of limitations. LOL Most legal experts have criticized both James and Bragg for bastardizing the New York justice system.

Name *ONE* individual who has done more for NY.

Who is JPM?
Yep ..a mystery.

And again - I'm not here to disprove a claim you've never supported. Making such a claim about a city you don't have a fucking clue about was your fault

N Y Post listed his accomplishments. Name one Individual that has done more. If your referring to J P Morgan, that's back in the early 1900s.
