Happy Friday!!! Slept okay. Had all 4 cats at one point. The coffee is made and getting consumed. The cut looks like it's healing okay. Enjoying the breather between the rounds.

Late lunch today and a couple of boxes to take home for the weekend. There will be a grocery run on the way home, I am in need of some fresh fruit and cheese again. For Christmas I'm thinking of giving everyone Mickey Mouse ear hats.

If you go to Disney I want to see a picture of you in one of those hats, as well as several other images. I've never been to Disney and it's so far down on my bucket list it's not likely to ever happen.

Happy Saturday. Sleep was interesting, such as it was. I need to take out this trash bag of paper before Kitten starts spreading it about. She's currently half in and half out of the bag. We have work today - busy-ness. Gonna roll up the sleeves and make a chunk of it happen.

I'm having chili dogs today because it's chilly outside. I also have some onions that need to get used.

I've got buns and everything! Shredded cheese too! It's says it's Mexican – tastes like cheddar.

I like hotdogs for breakfast, or anytime, really. Nathan's. I'm buying the quarter pounder size any more.

I don't eat hotdogs, I'm one of those weirdos allergic to artificial smoke so there are a lot of processed foods I can't eat without paying a price. Thankfully it's not life threatening but it is uncomfortable.

I mentioned some big theme parks to the little one, I thought she would be interested but she's not. She wants to go to Alaska and see whales, we're looking into cruises to make it happen.

Be sure to check with some Alaskan friends about whatever you're looking into. I suppose that cruises are okay if you like being in a herd of people. I've seen a few whales, both swimming and being sliced up for food. Best whale-watching ever was from the road just south of Lahaina on Maui in the strait between Maui and Molokai. Damn things were jumping out of the water.

Alaska cruises are generally one way. And that always means being herded into buses for transport unless you're lucky enough to get on the train. Buses go to places that have made deals with the tour companies. Some are cool and others are just ordinary.

Happy Sunday. Slept okay. Feeling a tad less anxious about finishing our phase. We have another busy day at work, but I think we have a handle on some of it now. At least, better than we did.


We have a new/old coffee recipe this morning, having made a bit more so that there's more to take in the travel mug this morning.

Lunchtime alone at the home office, the minions are at the shop and the others are at the shop or out with the little human getting her new clothes, that growth spurt I suspected has come to pass and I'm glad I bought her winter clothes two sizes too big.

I mentioned Maui over breakfast, as a whimpy Canadian I love the idea of warm weather, the other two were discussing glaciers, polar bears and pulling up more tours. This may take a bit more work than I thought.
