Well. Made it though Thursday without incident which is more than can be said for yesterday.

I used to hate that part of the job

It is what it is. I’m just surprised as the person involved thought they were going to get promoted - the whole team disposed him, he spent most of his time on the toilet in calls - rarely delivering —so misunderstood

lol. I actually have no idea. But he would literally disappear for 60-90 mins into the bathroom. And no it wasn’t jerking (I might have empathy for that)

I think the ones who were actually doing quite well but got edged out by a better person were worse?
