Assuming that a woman is wearing revealing clothing (extra short skirt, extra low cut shirt, etc) is there anything about the peeker that would make you feel different, from one peeker to another (aside from staring, which is rude). For example, If one peeker was real handsome and the next was kind of creepy looking, does it make it OK for the handsome guy to peek and not the creep, therefore making the acceptance of the peek relative to the looks of the peeker?

Absolutely not. The peeking of the handsome guy makes him automatically creepy, vile, repulsive, and sleazy and therefore no more attractive than the creepy-looking guy. I wish there was a barfing emoticon.

There was a question in your original post? There is nothing wrong with enjoying to look at women. However if you are the type that has your tongue hanging out and are drooliong then don't be looking at me. As long as you are discrete and not drawing undue attention to yourself or the lady, then if she has her legs spread while wearing a skirt that short, she should have been taught better. (And if you are someone who wears skirts, Ladies, remember to keep your legs closed if you don't want the perverts looking!). Just keep in mind, ewopper, that if said lady chooses, she has every right to bring the matter up with the Human Resources department (if she's a co-worker) or to the local police force. I didn't realize the last part of your quote until now. In each case, there was no scowl or look of distaste,in most cases I received a knowing smile. Listen, I want to make this perfectly clear: I have no problem making a statement or asking a question that may be perceived as politically incorrect if such statement expresses my point of view or such question provokes thought on a topic for which I wish to open a discussion.

First, let me outline my thoughts on your initial question:
1. I believe both men and women dress to show what they have (great body; expensive clothes) and also dress to hide what they have; some are indifferent. Most probably do all three.

2. I believe there is a difference between sexy clothes and revealing clothes. Not all sexy clothes are revealing, and not all revealing clothes are sexy.

3. Women that wear revealing clothes in public do so in order to show something. If they didn't want to show something, they would have covered up more. This naturally invites a brief glance, however it is not an invitation to stare, stick your head up her skirt, stick your nose down her top, dip your head for a better view while going up stairs, or stretching your neck for a better angle. It simply means you get to see what you get to see during the normal course of things.

Now, regarding my question, my intention was to stimulate discussion in reference to the brief glance (and I'm not talking about staring or ogling); do women that wear revealing clothes feel different if the guy is handsome vs if the guy is somewhat creepy looking? If so, in what way and why? However, in posing my question, I made several mistakes:

1. I picked the wrong venue since this thread already had an established tone.

2. I chose to use the word "peek" which infers "stealing a look" or something done in a sneaky way.

3. I failed to establish a clear context within which my question was to be applied.

So, does this mean the above responses to my question would have been different? Maybe, maybe not.
Am I trying to be politically correct? No, I'm trying to better communicate my thoughts and questions.
Am I embarassed because of my first question? Absolutely! The context and terminology used does not accurately express my views. It would have been easier to edit that post and walk away; I choose not to.
