Maybe, all I can remember is that Ryomou is the one destined by their previous lives to kill Kan'u. I need to see that show again.

I think someone tried to get a group thread based off of Ikki Tousen off the ground once but it has even fewer people here who know of it than they know of gundam.

too bad its an interesting concept for a group thread with plenty of chances for SRP action what with exhibitionist, manipulative skanks, and a fighter that uses submission techniques that look like freaky sex positions.

Yes, but I think basing something off the basis of Ikki Tousen (the Romance of the Three Kingdoms) would be more amusing.
 
It's less airhead and more somewhere between beaten stupid and pure naivete.

Plus, she's voiced by the same person as Excel :D

got, actually. And Tuesday nights? Must be pretty late, since there's not much on prior to bed here on anything except Monday nights.
 
nods, yeah. It used to be on monday nights at 11 est. as part of syfy's animonday lineup, but they've recently moved it to tuesday nights at 11 est.
 
Heh. Too bad it's saturday. Though I'll probably end up just streaming it at some point.
 
A buffy the vampire slayer thread idea.

Set right after season 7 and before season 8. I'd play a wizard part of a family of wizards who've done the protecting humanity thing over on the other hellmouth. Anyway Buffy has sent a team of slayers out to hunt down Ala Bozo (No not the clown-everyone makes jokes because of his name when its just a coincidence and no matter how many he eviscerates people still tease him about it-ala bozo actually means 'powerful king' in the Kalor language) Well anyway he's a Kaloreesh demon-a really nasty one too, and one of the major dealers in the international demon black magic market.

My cowriter would play one of the slayers and uses my character to arrange an invite to the market to take Ala Bozo down, unfortunately when they do it turns out to be a trap.

It is with a heavy heart that I announce that my thread with Alana, Curse of the Lilin, will be retiring to the inactive list.

Her troubles has caused her to step away from lit overall, and as much fun as I was having with the thread I won't be continuing. At the moment I'm overextended with RPs as it is. Also Alana really made the character of Lilly iconic and unique to me. I just can't imagine anyone taking on the character and giving it the same magic as she gave it.

So perhaps in time I might revive the idea, but now sadly Curse of the Lilin is no more.:(
