Veroe's idea box

Wondering whether to shelve my Vampire Queen's servant effort to revive that thread since I've gotten absolutely no interest in it from anyone. :(
 
^Thanks Zy, I appreciate it, but it was kind of a stretch anyway. revivals of old threads are tough sells and it was a longshot to get a partner the first time. I was lucky Ladythunder was willing to take on the challenge of taking the lead role in a thread based on a book series she hadn't read when we started it.

Talk about gutsy huh?

Wow, that's neat! But yeah, it's hard especially when you find that right someone to write with....

I'm still waiting for my book to arrive in the mail :)

:D There's that at least for me. I've gotten LT, you, and a couple of others to atleast read the books. I should be Joey Hill's PR agent:D
 
Lightsaber forms

1st Form - Shii-Cho

Simple and practical, with no emphasis on any one trait. Think Kit Fisto or a Padawan.

2nd Form - Makashi

Fluid motions and parry-riposte tactics, requires great focus and is very refined, but does poorly against blasters. Think Count Dooku.

3rd Form - Soresu - subform Sokan

Most adept at defensive manuevering and the standard slash-block tactics, requires great speed and swift efficient swings but is a bit weak in attack power. Subform Sokan makes up for it with swift efficient attacks. Think Obi-Wan Kenobi.

4th Form - Ataru

Most acrobatic of the forms, requires great speed and lots of jumping and spinning to attack opponents from multiple angles. Think Yoda or Qui-Gon Jinn.

5th Form - Djem So - subform Shien

A very offensive form, requires great strength and wide sweeping powerful powerful blows. Subform Shien is more refined, a mix of Djem So and Makashi. Think Darth Vader/Anakin Skywalker or Luke Skywalker.

6th Form - Niman - subform Kai-Kan

A blend of forms one through five, a very balanced form that allows the practitioner of the form to be agile but strong, defensive and offensive when they choose. Kai-Kan is a more defensive version. Think Darth Sidious.

7th Form - Juyo - subform Vaapad

A blend of forms Djem So and Ataru, it relies on powerful sweeping blows like Djem So and the spins of Ataru. Think Darth Maul. Subform Vaapad, developed by Jedi Master Mace Windu, relies on the same tactics, but is the most offensive form of all the forms.

Jar'Kai - For those wielding two lightsabers, one for each hand, could pretty much be applied to any form.
 
Veroe~You already answered my question bout the Vampire Queen's Servant revival. I had read the original thread and was hoping to read the remake...(I don't write the right kind of seductive to even offer)

Thank you Luna. I've just gotten a nibble on it from someone interested in it. So here's hoping.
 
I've had a couple of guys send me a pm recently after seeing some of the pics I've posted in VI or other picture threads and somehow thinking I was posting pics of myself...when its a pic of a hot girl.:rolleyes: wanting to do some roleplaying via pm.

Yeah I tried not to laugh. I should be happy that all I got was some rather nice PMers instead of some of the asshat ones alot of the girls here gets. Lord knows with some of the bondage ones I've posted they could attract them to me.:D
