New Star Wars idea developing in my brain.

A thousand years before the clone wars, the rise of Palpatine's galactic Empire and the rebellion to restore the republic against it. A thousand years before Darth sidious and Darth Vader, a hand ful of years before the rise of Darth Bane and the rule of two, the Sith were legion, but not united. For generations they had proliferated throught the outer rim territories carving out their own miniscule and ever-shifting tinpot empires out of star systems and sectors feuding and warring amongst themselves. But now a single Sithlord has come to prominance, strong in the darkside, and with a glorious vision of uniting all the disparate Sith lords in one Brotherhood of Darkness. Lord Kaan has set this new brotherhood's power hungry eyes on the age-old dream of the Sith. To conquer the galaxy.

The Republic had closed off and exiled the Sith for decades and was unprepared for the onslaught of the united Sith Brotherhood invading and ravaging the mid-rim and expansion region. It was all the Republic's military and the Jedi order could do to halt the Sith fleet's advance further into the Republic.

However even under a brotherhood that espouses equality the sith are an ambitious and independent-minded sort. Lady Merghal and Lord Bru'Onou are two such Sith lords and decades old enemies. Even as they are set on a new mission by Lord Kaan to attack the Republic and the Republic's Jedi gaurdians, they plot to destroy the other and eventually usurp Kaan's place as leader of the brotherhood. Their apprentices though have their own plans and passions and ambitions.

That I haven't decided on. I'd say it depends on how many people are interested in it really.

If it's only a one on one It'd need the both of us to play one sith and one jedi character.

The jedi storyline I'm still working out.

Merghal and Bru'Ono and the Jedi master in command of the defense of the system they were attacking would be NPC's for plot purposes you know.

However if it were a group thread we'd need some people to play Jedi or Republic soldiers for the jedi storyline and Sith or Sith Imperial soldiers for the Sith storyline. Or bounty hunters or smugglers or mercenaries to throw a skifter or two in the deck.

Shippuden is a little complicated for me, not the show, I've seen an episode or two on the net, but I can't seem to get them in order for some reason. And watching it on my laptop would be nice but I paid good hard-earned money for my new tv and I want to watch it on that.

I don't have the channel on TV as part of my cable package it shows on, and I refuse to buy it just for that and Avengers cartoon. Combine that with how my local best buy abso-fucking-lutely sucks at providing the anime I want. They have five aisles for DVD's but only four shelves for anime and two of those shelves are normally empty.

Combine that with the recent trend of DVD and Blu-ray combo packs which I refuse to pay 10 dollars more for two discs and since I don't want to pay 200 for a blu-ray player (I don't fucking care if I can't see the pimple on the dude's forehead with the crystal clarity of Blu-ray on my 8 yrs old DVD player that's still going strong and giving me my money's worth) only able to ever watch one. I want the DVD just the DVD sold seperately and with tons of bonus features too, not just the rinky dink movie, they might as well go back to VHS if that's all they're trying to sell me I know how much info they can squeeze onto those discs and here they are trying to cheat me with selling me a dvd with just the movie on it...

I'm really picky about these things, and I resent to high holy hell some doofus executive's brilliant idea to push me to buy yet another expensive electronic device with these combo packs.

So in Conclusion Best Buy and hollywood sucks! They suck! They suck! They suck! Oh and the Fox network sucks too! (I don't want them to feel left out)

I probably will break down and buy a blu ray player probably right around the Avengers comes out on DVD and those doofuses only offer it in a combo pack

If it works out or you decide to make it a group play I'd be interested if I could play a Sith. I'm on Jedi overload though writing Kira is a nice treat.
