A buddy of mine “inherited” his brother’s playboy collection. This was the early 80s the collection had many old 70s ones. What did we care? Probably where I developed my inclination for a hairy bush.

It has or will happen to all of us.
It's so weird going into antique stores and finding them full of stuff we had in my childhood home. Eek!
Even twenty-five years ago I had a student come to interview me for her history project. When we finished, she declared "it must have been great living way back in the 60s. It was such an exciting time!" It seems I've been a living archive for quite a while. Antique stores? Very useful; thanks to them my wife and I have been able to replace the broken dishes in the set we received as a wedding gift.
