Well, mine is, yes. But, in the thread, I think it has just come up in light conversation.

Without going back through the thread, I wouldn't be able tl answer just how we got onto the topic of a chair, but when she said she would need convincing about the chair, I just went with it.

Why did you erase it? I've been so busy packing up my house, I rarely get to drop by these days. I liked what you wrote, DVS. Not sure that I would want to be in THAT situation, but it was still good writing. And no, you didn't kill the thread.

For myself, one thing I've learned is that you shouldn't play with things when you don't know about them. Which for me translates into, I will only play with electricity with someone who is VERY experienced. I don't think that's the kind of toy that a newbie should just go out and buy without learning from someone experienced before using it. Just my 2 cents.

I think this needs a bit of a bump, everyone knows electricity can be fun to play with.

Considering tesfest just passed, i thinkt hat was an appropriatelly timed bump.

my expierence with wands are limited, but very much enjoyed. They were also limited to the fact that it wasen't intimate play but rather just some experencial play.


The first time i tried one was about a week after i had a large scarification peice done, during a festival in which i wasn't getting a lot of sleep, and while i was sunburned.

A few of the attachments were used and eventuitally the contact pad and whartenburg wheel came out and while that was intresting my body was just not in the right place to handle it. I dealt with it for a few minuts then said it was time to stop. Intrestingly though I've heard more talk of the user wearing the contat pad, but in this instance i (the victim) had the contact pad pressed against my skin instead. It still did the same thing essentialy, the current was just running the other direction.

Then i was curious about it but i never really had the chance to explore it.

Fast foward to about a month ago. My friend Tim knows this guy Joe who was comming up formt he DC area to the NY area to give a demo at a club called Paddles. Since i don't like going there alone, but my friends rarely want to go with me, i jumped on the chance to go there and know people there. Joe was giving the demo on electrical play. He even has a tesla coil set up in the corner (big, scary, no people near it while it was on). He's an electrical play NUT. There was a quick history with slideshow, violet rays for medicinal purposes, violet wands.. tens... all the different things that were out there and had been used. he even passed around some parts for us to look at. Then there was the demo. Beginning light and ending with a violet wand Double Penetration (using two of the violet wand dom electrodes ) It was nuts and absolutelly intreaguing.
Then his demo was over and people dispersed for their own regurlarly scheduled play and i helped tim and joe and his wife to pack up shop, a few people asked to eel it and he obliged, then i asked if i could try it out once the people had moved on. So they put away the stuff that would definatelly not be used (of course that means all but 4 friggin suitcases) and moved off to a diferent area. Then he started me off light. The rake (he has the limited edition rake with the pointy tip thing too) so he alternated between the rake side and the point. Then usign various other attachments. He put it up by my shirt and tried to zap one of the girls but i was like "ha ha i have a really padded bra onnn" (super sensitive nipples, must wear padding or be doomed to pain from simply existing). He went through a few more attachements growing in intensity. He put it to my lipring and showed me how the current will run right through my piercing and not even touch me.
At first the sensation was a tingly, then it was more of a slightly hot buzzy feeling, anytime he touched my feet it woudl send me directly into laughter, then he finished off with a metal probe, which is a thin hollow metal tube shaped adapter that either he could hold and use indirectly, like a contact pad, or that he could touch to me directly. Since i was more then warmed up and he was only really using it on my arms and legs, he ran that up and down me a few times. It was nuts. It almost felt like the first lines of my cutting, like a finer pain then a tattoo but nearly as intense. (cutting isn't that painful when you have a scalple or super fine blade) He took that and waved it infront of my chest and i gave him a "hah padding!" look and then ZAP, that went RIGHT THROUGH all the padding i had and got me, oh man did i jump. It was nuts but awesome. On my knee area it made me feel like a docter was testing my reflexes, causing involuntary leg twiches. Then at one point someone asked him a question, and while he was answering it he was idlly running it up and down my thigh. he knew beter then to leave it in one place especially at such an intense level, but he still managed to do the same path over and over a few times untill i wimpered at him to knock it off.

So all in all the expierence was really friggin awesome. As for marks. I had a bunch of lines running up and down my arms for a day or two, and i had a line going up and down my thigh for about 3 or 4 days.

I need to find someone to do more of this with. *squirm*
