Its possible I suppose, but I don't see the being forced to do that in her actions. She's enjoying giving that guy a blowjob. She's concentrating, and not reluctant in her actions.

Maybe its a challenge. Maybe the guy has a reputation for holding off orgasm and she has to defeat him in a set amount of time and the guy's standing around them are the audience or judges to it.

At least that's how I see it.

Though I think it's fairly obvious in this scenario, I am still surprised at just how much information can be gathered simply by observing people's body language.

In this case for example, I think you are most certainly correct in saying that hesitation or reluctance to be had. Be it a challenge, or simply proof of her own skill, she definitely has some intent or another.

It surprises me other people don't pay enough attention to body language.

We're writers...I feel that as writers...we should always be cognizant of something as character revealing as body language. It can be a great tool to convey to the reader what you're character is feeling when you can't afford to say it aloud in either exposition or dialogue.
