Do you have Winzip?

The problem is that your computer has the wrong program associated with either the .zip files or the .mp3 files.

Try changing the volume settings on your computer. I heard her just fine.

Double-click on the little speaker icon in the bottom right of your computer and try changing the settings there.

That's not the problem...it's probably the speakers. Things get a bit garbled on my work setup.
