Interesting, nice sunny day

So I moved out here nine years last Oct. Funny thing is, Ive never been to the space needle either. Ive driven past it so many times i cant count. But I heart the food wasnt great and for the price, the view just wasnt worth it for me.

I have enjoyed the underground city though. That was a lot of fun.

Yeah. I came from Denver. So I do miss the sun and real snow. But other than that.

Im about 40 mines north of Seattle. nice to see so many others here.

I just went back to the Space Needle for the first time this summer, since it's remodel. I am deathly afraid of heights. So I avoided the glass bottom floors as much as possible, and you can. On a not so clear day, Which anyone knows, we have plenty of. The views aren't great. On a clear day, the views are great. Mt Rainier is beautiful. But you can get that view in many places. I did not think it was worth the price to go up (being a local) The friend that I took, who was not a local, did.
When the Restaurant was there. The food did suck. Horribly. You paid for the view.
The Restaurant isn't there any longer. if you go to the top, it's coffee stands and Delis now.

I'm considered high risk. So I'm staying in. I'm thankful that I have plenty of property to walk around if needed.

I have nothing to really complain about

We are healthy and fine thank you for asking. My wife/slave is high risk having just had open heart surgery last Nov. We have a nice little place... so sometimes I have to get out just to drive around or something... but we are fine. Hope everyone else is safe and healthy.

I'm fine now but only have about three days of insulin left and can't get more. I have to get samples as I can't afford it otherwise. The people who deliver the samples are considered non-essential.

Yes I am close to high risk so I have been staying in as well. Working from home and all of that not so fun stuff. I do have a small park behind my apartments so get out there here and there but that has become kind of bland as well. I guess in the end it is safer. Sounds like another month from what the Governor announced tonight, ugh.

Thanks for being on the front lines of this and your corporation sucks for not protecting you to the fullest. It has to be stressful and you can complain all that you need to. We will all listen I am sure. I am happy to hear you are finding your own ways to protect yourself. Stay safe!

Sorry to hear that you are having trouble getting what you need. Finding it hard to believe that they are being considered non-essential. I hope you find a way to resolve this or they do!

I am hoping they keep safe and most of all keep others safe by keeping their distance. It's hard to resist getting out when there is nice weather in the PNW so I get it but there are plenty of places outdoors to do it safely. In the meantime enjoy it before the rain returns
