They really do make a special sound, kid leather gloves....plus, they don't mark as readily and sting less than skin, so more pressure can be applied.

But the smack of skin on skin is sharper, more of a cracking sound, and the tingling in my hand is a very accurate measure of what's being felt on the creamy, juicy receiving end.

Then again, the gloves "feel" more like a stranger's touch when blindfolded...
