Not liking something doesn't make you a prude............fear of an "unclean moment" is a major reason why a lot of women won't try anal. It can happen, but it's generally no biggie.

One of the most nerve sensitive parts of the body is around the anus. Given proper stimulation, yes, it can be some of the strongest a woman will feel. It's also a lot tighter around a penis than vaginal muscles (even if you do keagles during sex).
