That looks good! I'll have to try it sometime. I just made black bean ragout in the slow cooker this week so I'll have to wait until I run out. Mm, black beans.

I got it from the Smitten Kitchen cookbook. And it's not on her site, but I found it here. Originally it's made with those toasts but I've eaten it with rice and it was great. I think I'm going to go have some.
