I’ll have to try that. Best bourbon I ever had was a Knob barrel proof store pick at my local market. My first barrel proof.
Tasted like caramel and vanilla without any of the sugar, blended with just a touch of oak.
I’ve never had such concentrated flavor in a bourbon since.
