Second time I’ve mentioned my dog Rocky tonight. He was prone to seizures and he would vomit, pee and poop on the floor about every 6 weeks. My bf loved that dog so much, he would clean everything up and sit on the floor holding him for an hour. Rocky passed in 2021 and he still carries pictures of him in his wallet.

Get lavender lotion or spray.

And, I sometimes put peppermint essential oil on the edge of my pillow. It helps regulate my breathing and I knock out.
