What Are You Thinking? Continued 14

What books are you all reading now? Last night, I finished reading the novel Chlorine by Jade Song. I'm 1/3 through Shakespeare's Sisters by Ramie Targoff. It's a nonfiction book about female writers in Renaissance England. How about you all?

Overall, I haven't been doing well. Dealing with life stress in general.

Every now and then I see a post from a past crush that sends me crashing. But, I truly and sincerely want everyone to be happy. And, that, in the long run, makes me happy.

(Two separate thoughts)
Well crap, Idk what to react. lol

I wish that my fatigue levels were better today! I'm watching YouTube and crocheting at my desk now. However, I may have to sit in bed because of my pain and fatigue. I will accept sympathy in the forms of verbal affirmations or yarn.

I’m sorry you’re struggling… this time of year is hard - even if the holidays aren’t the problem, the darkness gets to everyone and exacerbates stress. I hope you get through it!

You’re doing great being able to do some crocheting even with pain and fatigue!!

My biggest concern is that it will take a toll on my health, though I'm healthy at the moment.
I don't know if this involves a Seasonal Disorder, but I watch my daughter struggle at this time of year more than any time. And she always has a dip in January (usually the whole month). We've talked about it and she's trying to put strategies in place to minimise the impact post-Christmas.

Knowing that you're 'coping' at the moment, yet that it could hit harder down the line must be awful. I hope you manage to find some supportive strategies to implement before you feel it get worse. 🫂🫂
