I was given a little home spa kit for Christmas which I am using today for a little solo self care day (work, family, don't ask). The kit contains these cold jiggly under eye patches you're supposedly to leave on for like 20 minutes. These things smell and feel like a delicious gummy snack and now instead of self caring I am battling the intrusive thoughts that these might taste just like a fruit roll up.
