One of my favorite appetizers is mushroom vol-au-vent (I actually don't love mushrooms... but I actually really like these and they are always a hit - and they're so cute!!!)

A recent favorite meal was french onion baked chicken thighs with roasted carrots and roasted garlic gruyere mashed potatoes

A favorite salad is a wilted spinach salad with candied bacon and a warm bacon dijon dressing

Soups - I love soups! Loaded baked potato soup, broccoli cheese soup, chicken wild rice soup - I could keep going

Diclofenac. Trust me. It's great for joint pain.

Bio freeze etc is great for pain, like muscle pain, but Voltaren is better for arthritis.
