What do you envy about the opposite sex?

I envy the fact that men get the better deal of the double standard which seems to exist when it comes to sex. A man can sleep with 30 plus women (or whatever number) in his life, and be the envy of his friends. A woman does and she's branded a slut or "easy". I'm speaking, generally, of course. I know there are people who do not subscribe to this double standard. But, unfortunately, most do.

The ability to pee standing up, like others have said, is another one I envy.

I agree with the posts being envious about men not having to wear pantyhose or menstruate.

I also envy that men can be unemotional in business and it's respected. Sometimes as a woman in business with other women I'm expected to be more conscious of feelings than sound business sense, and being unemotional and task-oriented can be seen as uncompassionate or unfeeling.

It cuts both ways. Sure, a guy can screw dozens of women and still be respectable, but if a man remained untouched all through high school and college, I doubt you'd think much of him. That's what I envy about women: they can go without dating, say that they haven't met the right person or just can't be bothered, and nobody gives them any shit. When I did without, because I didn't want to deal with other people, I had people asking me if I was queer.

In fact, having only 'average' looks can make the rejection hurt more, because the guy can't console himself by saying, "Oh, well, she was out of my league anyway". Immature males can be rather fragile, emotionally.
