What feeds your soul?

Quoll, the whole thing has been like an episode of some strange show. Arnold Horshack was my favorite. ;)

WFMS...

* Talking with a childhood friend, laughing and sharing... still and always a love of my life.

* Being able to share news with my best friend, knowing my uncharacteristic silence didn't matter, and the support will always be there.

* Being tired enough to sleep - finally! Goodnight.

Being reminded of why I chose this job. Or maybe it is more of "why this job chose me."

It is stressful, a heck of a lot of work, and at times extremely aggravating. I wouldn't change it for the world though. :)

Is it really sad that I can't think of something that feeds my soul? There are things that make me happy, things that make me feel good, but I haven't found something that my soul likes to eat. Or maybe it gobbles things up all the time but those things are like Chinese food. I'll have to think about this one.

Seeing the product of 21 years of my life that I have invested in...damn, they are so cute! 19 so far, more to come soon. :)

WFMS...

* Good long cries, even when I felt out of control. I found tears about things that I'd been holding for far too long.

* Having shoulders to lean on while I cried those tears.

* Sharing a major hurt with trusted friends and hearing, listening, to good information coming back.

* Slowly letting it out so I know I'm being honest when I say I wish them well, either individually or together.

* A friend that made me laugh with a picture.

Thanks Erika. He's really a level headed kid, doesn't get too excited and doesn't get too down, but wow was he psyched about this. It's nice to know that he has a place to go if he doesn't get accepted at his first choice.

That's great, MrWag! I can hear the pride in your words. :)

Sorry you feel that way.... To add to your dismay, maybe, I want to say I find these words confusing with what you assert in your sigline...

Maybe there is hope...?

It sounds like you definately love the snow. It is supposed to be in the 70's here today. I can see snow from my house though!
