What pissed you off today?

I don't know your situation but I'm sure your cost of living is higher in CA than VA. Minimum wage is funny that way. A rise in minimum wage is generally not a great thing for the economy as a whole, neither are bad tippers :p
I support the bitching about cheap tippers!

An apartment where I live in CA is the same as where I lived at in VA-but where I'm at in CA there's less crime than there was in VA. I was paying $655/month in rent to live one step above the ghetto for a one-bedroom apartment. Here it's $650 for a nice one-bedroom. So, really, not that much difference in cost of living :rose:

Having an invisible condition that lowers my level of functionality. Add in an instructor who I thought understood what it meant for me but according to my grade has no idea and I'm far closer to livid than peach keen.

Someone close to me owes me money from a trip we took together. I booked the hotel and paid for some meals and gave some money to her when she ran out of cash, and she still hasn't paid her share of the hotel nor the other stuff. I've asked four times. Four. The last time she said that money's been a bit tight, so I said not to worry about it, she could pay me when she gets the money, as she was about to pick up a couple of extra shifts at work anyways.

Since then she has bought a new iPad and gotten her eye lashes and nails done. The iPad was around 600 euros and getting eyelashes and nails done around these parts of the world is not exactly cheap. Sooooo, yeah, money seems to be tight.

It's around 200 euros that she owes me, so it's not a fortune, but it'd be a nice chunk of cash for me to spend in Barcelona in a couple of weeks!

An asshole customer deciding to wander off to talk to his buddies instead of telling me what the hell he wants to drink.

They deleted my thread without any notice and I had people I liked on it whom were enjoying it. It pissed me off today. Nothing I can do about it now. I apologized to the one guy who always posted though.

The lag time on my ability to adapt to my new circumstances that really are better for me.

Pep talk applied... This is good... This is good... This is good... I can do this. Blech. Who am I kidding... I am so very tired and I just want to go home.

I am sorry to read this CiC. Hope things get better soon :rose:

That I bother to notice the frauds and the fakes, and the gullibles that flock.

early 20's "daddy doms" - admittedly as an actual father of daughters nearly their ages its wouldnt be my thing, but really what would these guys living in grandma's basement know of such dynamics.

a 4 post wonder who "owned" a girl on his 3rd inane biweekly posts, then tragically "dies" in a hospital 4 days later...seriously?

a long time "lesbian' with thousands of posts who once partnered with my then wife on creative projects, but suspiciously would communicate anyway but voice verify...he was called out for her stolen highly photo shopped pics...he continues with a blog a tumbler and lit all blithely using a web models old pics. I mean good for him for his little scam to get 'lesbians" to send him personal pics. but how is it that no one notices these things

yet in ampics...many a cute girl has been run off as a a fake if her photography or appearance is "too good". Those posts (even the actually fake ones) are just visual wank fodder...no one plans their life around word from intensive care over that.

It would be nice not to notice.

People who seem to think an emergency on their part due to bad planning means that I have to drop everything to sort their lives out.

Some upity bitch sent me a message "I would be more inclined to "like" your page if "...my name..." were spelled correctly."

I bet you're the type of person that tells toy stores that the "r" is backwards?

I know that it's supposed to be a "u" not an "o", however that name was taken, so I changed one letter. It's phonetically correct, and I call it artistic licence. And to beat all, It hasn't stopped nearly 200 other people from liking my page. And if you are going to snub your nose at my work because of that little thing, well then you're missing out honey, cause I rock.

What pisses me off more is that she probably clicked on my ad, which means I spent 36 cents for her to decide that "incorrect" letter is worth not liking my page.

For some reason, a lot of people feel free to stick their virtual noses in the air and tap out uninvited criticism of this sort. Just look at this board!

Rarely, if ever, have I heard people critique the syntax of strangers face to face. Anonymity makes folks ruder on the Internet, I guess. Or maybe it's the lack of eye contact.

Drivers that think that going 5mph over the speed limit constitutes fast in the fast lane. IT DOES NOT. My road rage has been pretty good lately too, but today I just wanted to get home!

Mindless, completely interchangeable sheep, flocking towards a crappy concert, all dressed up as rejects from The love boat.
For 3 fucking days straight!

Went to the grocery store.
Spent nearly 250 bucks. (Over budget but its groceries and I had the money to spend so that's okay)
Came home with all sorts of bulk stuff to portion out and freeze or make into other stuff and freeze.

What did I forget at the grocery store?

Foil, freezer bags, seal-a-meal rolls; anything I could use to portion out and freeze my bulk stuff. I have a few on hand but not nearly as many as I need.
