The right stove temp is the trick and not burning it. I have a large pizza stone that I use.

The crust is made from 3 eggs - a cup of mozzarella and 3/4 Greek yogurt. Don’t think I can make it crispy without burning it

I’m not sure for tonight. A weekly static menu would take away the uncertainty of what’s for dinner. I wonder if anyone does this?

Absolutely, deciding what's for dinner is a recurring question that nobody wants to answer.

We do cookies for police and fire departments. Do a few batches for co workers. Sugar, chocolate chip, and cake cookies for Christmas. What would make a good Thanksgiving/ turkey cookie?

I meant Thanksgiving in general. Didn’t want to skip a holiday and go straight to Christmas.

Some here already have. Seen two houses with Christmas trees up already. Thanksgiving is the list holiday seems like. Saw a recipe to do cookies with candy corn and a Reese miniature to make a turkey. They looked cute.

Lunch tomorrow? I use fiber leftovers as lunch the next day. Food too expensive to throw out.
