Chicken Breasts with Rosemary & Garlic

Hate to bring this thread back to the top, but someone on lit gave me an idea earlier this week to make some chicken breasts.

So off to the store I went and bought 6 chicken breasts, actually 3 whole breasts.

Got out the old corningware baking dish, cleaned and washed up the breasts, filled the dish with some water, little bit of country crock, and two of my favorite things to cook with. dried roasemary and dried garlic, salted to taste with some ground sea salt, wrapped the top with tin foil, good 45 minutes at 380, and moist and tasty chicken breasts.

Served on a flour tortilla with some sour cream and cheese, most excellent meal, and the best part is I have leftovers. So tomorrow is another challenge, chicken breasts and?????????
