frozen: steaks, chiken, vegg, burgers, cordon blues, gravy, pasta sauce
plently of herbs and spices and sauces in the fridge

anyone wanna give me a suggestion?

but I fail at seafood unless its still shell on or fish

Tonight was extremely poor for a dinner selection. I went with ramen noodles because I needed something cheap and quick.

What I would have preferred was a nice strip steak, medium well, with glaze onions and mushrooms, served with garlic potatoes and a yummy salad with peppercorn dressing.
