I understand your hesitation. I have several rules that I NEVER break.
1. Never give out your phone number. That gives anyone access to public information about you.
2. Always use an anonymous email address. One that's not connected to anything that can be traced to you.
3. Never share a face pic or a pic with something identifiable.
4. I never engage in car sex.
5. If you decide to get a room to play, use cash.

You're right, except not bringing anything home goes without saying. There's always some risk of that if you're going to hookup with men or women outside your marriage, but you can greatly reduce that. Use your head, not just your cockhead. That's one reason that, with very few exceptions, I only play with other married men.

It really depends on where you are. My area of suburban Houston, when we moved here 25 years ago, still had a lot of quiet country back roads where you could safely park for some car sex.
