US --Been to all but 8 states. I need to go to the Pacific Northwest
USAScotland
England from the airport
Rocky point mexico.
US, UK, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Dubai, Finland, Sweden, Russia, Egypt, Kenya, MauritiusI feel sure there's already a thread like this somewhere, but I'm lazy. Sorry.
So which countries have you been to? Which ones would you like to visit but haven't been to yet? I'm just curious because I love the idea of traveling, but I sincerely doubt that it's something that'll happen for me in the near future. So I'll just live vicariously through others.
Feel free to tell us anything you want about the places you've been or would like to go. And, yes, your home country does count as "a country you've been to"!
Now here are my no doubt riveting answers to start us off.
The Extremely Short List Of Countries I've Been To
1.) The US - I live here, obviously.
2.) Mexico - I was pretty young, so I don't remember much about it, but the beaches on Isla Mujeres still stand in my mind as the most beautiful place I've ever seen in my (very limited) travels.
The Extremely Condensed List Of Countries I'd Like To Go To
1.) Everywhere else
(I had a huge list going, but then I realized that it was much easier just to put it that way. )
Ok, y'all's turn!
The only place outside Europe I've been to is Istanbul. I've visited/lived in pretty many places in Europe, though.
Finland
Sweden
Norway
Denmark
Russia
Estonia
Latvia
Lithuania
Poland
Germany
Austria
Czech Republic
Slovakia
Ukraine
Hungary
Romania
Serbia
Bulgaria
Macedonia
Croatia
Bosnia and Herzegovina
Slovenia
Italy
Spain
Belgium
Turkey
And I've been to Heathrow, so does that count as visiting the UK?
I'd like to visit the rest of the European countries and almost anywhere beyond Europe. Iceland, Switzerland, Montenegro and Albania are high on my European travel list, but for some reason I'm afraid of France confused so I can't see myself going there unless I magically learn to speak French. USA and Canada (I finally want to visit an English-speaking country) high on my beyond-Europe list, along with Georgia (the country) and Armenia (cool writing, that's a perfectly valid reason for traveling there!).
