Scalywag, I'm still pissed about NHS. I had a lot of other crap to deal with throughout highschool, and therefore, could not belong to every single club on the planet. So, despite being involved in a fair number of extra curricular activities and having a very high GPA, I wasn't quite psycho perfect enough for them. If I had a chance, I'd kick all them in the nuts.

As for the topic at hand, which remote are you referring to? We have remotes for the TV, VCR, DVD player, satellite dish, and surround sound system (and that's just in our living room). The satellite remote does most of what we need it to do, but we need to keep track of the TV remote so we can fix the TV's front panel lock when the power goes out.
The person who knows where the remote is controls it.

I lost weight this year. Dropped about 30 pounds or so. Now my lil ass hurts in a hard chair or driving in the car, really quickly which sux.
On the topic of this thread. Since my online addiction, which figured into the weight loss a lot, I watch very little TV. I record shows that my husband, son or daughter like and watch some of those together.
If they are happy, I'm happy.

It's the same in our house. I also like to watch the intros and credits but Gil doesn't see the point
When we're watching TV he usually has the remote. Channel surfing drives me nuts sometimes though
