Who's the best poet?

My feelings aren't bruised. My problem isn't a case of being tender-hearted. Some would argue I'm too damn mean.

I do dislike pettiness and vindictiveness, but this is the internet. In many cases, folks don't have emotional investments so I don't think it's good to take stuff too seriously. And on the occasions when we do connect, we realize that even these encounters can be transient.

My only regret is failing to take the time to learn the nuances of the site, to get a feel for the majority's reading habits and tastes, and better gauging how to attract readers.

Some mess ups, I think I've learned from them. I know I have chosen to move on. Despite the mess, I have connected with some good folk, got useful feedback and have been able to encourage a few folk myself.

The truth hurts sometimes, but I'd rather have it than be in denial or lied to. No complaints.

BUTT, KinkyLOVE I just finished reading your work! You to seem to hit it sometimes and sometimes don't. The great thing about poets and story writers are the many different styles. Ever story and every poem can not be a classic. We would not have goals. When I find a story or poem that interests me I try to complement the author Its that variety that keeps me coming back to this site and the great people that make up this site
