Ditto above- black is slimming and looks good with my blonde hair.
However, I personally am not into the whole s&m clothing emphasis thing. I know some people for whom dressing bdsm-ish is at least half the fun; I'm not one of them. I don't like costume or Halloween parties either. I have as much fun as the next person people-watching in a room full of sexily dressed folks, but for me, I usually just stick to black skirt and low cut blouse (and my collar of course!).
