infinity: no, it defeats the point. you're talking about measuring what the real world truth is, and the socialization process--and its impact--is indelibly and irrefutably part of that landscape you're trying to map. you might as well suggest trying to get fingerprints off a gun only after washing it in an acid dip.
bail: the word "make" is an extremely important distinction though. a lot of people use the word and its use complicates divining the writer's intent. should we place greater emphasis on the rest of the post, or on the use of the word "make" as an important clue as to tone? for my part, i grade on a curve that heavily penalizes the use of that word or any other term indicative of non-con.
and based on just on these 2 posts, but on literally dozens of such posts over literally years of HT threads, i'm far from alone in that respect.
