I use it a couple of ways. I can put the pads just outside of my labia and get anything from tingles to jolts through my clit, depending on how much I turn up the intensity. Or I can put the pads on the inside of my thighs just above the knee and get a more general tingling all over my pussy. Or I can do both and vary the intensity at each position.
