So sorry for not replying sooner but real life does intrude for time to time.
"It" is three separate rings that split in two and are screwed together arond the scrotum. The bottom ring is just tight enough to prevent my testicles from working their way back through but not too tight so that the blood flow is restricted. The upshot of which is that I can wear the one ring all day. The two other rings are fitted above but are a slightly larger internal diameter so as to be easier to fit as nipping the skin of my scrotum does not add greatly to the pleasure. What you see in my avatar is as far as I can get at present.
